This policy explains what personal data Delas Web Design ("we", "us") collects on delaswebdesign.com, why we collect it and what choices you have. Delas Web Design is run by Beatriz (Bia), who is responsible for your data.

What we collect

When you fill out our contact form, we receive the information you choose to send: your name, email, business name, location, Instagram handle, the service you are interested in, details about your brand and project, and your message.

When you message us on WhatsApp, the conversation happens in WhatsApp, a service of Meta. Your phone number and messages are handled under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

When you browse the site, we use Google Analytics (through the Google tag) to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are visited and how people arrive. This information is aggregated and does not tell us who you are.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies:

• Language: remembers whether you chose English, Portuguese or Spanish.
• Analytics: cookies set by Google Analytics to measure visits.
• Editing panel: a session cookie used only when the site owner signs in to edit the site.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site keeps working without them.

How we use your data

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
• To deliver and manage a project you hire us for.
• To understand and improve how the site performs.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for automated decisions.

Where your data is stored

The site and our business email are hosted by Hostinger. Form messages arrive in our email inbox and are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry or project, and as required by accounting and legal obligations.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, Brazil's LGPD, or California privacy law), you can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. To make a request, send us a message through the contact form, by email to contato@delaswebdesign.com or on WhatsApp and we will reply within 30 days.

Changes

We may update this policy when the site or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
